5G, a win or a big lose?

Robot 2.0, watched this movie very recently. Mocked its the logic and how real the whole ‘human turning into a bird made of mobile phones'(Google its story) thing can be. In short, it’s about the birds dying because of Electromagnetic Mobile Signal waves. The very next day I received this image on a Whatsapp group and that’s when I thought of research about the harmful effects of mobile networks, 5G in particular.

Forwarded Whatsapp Image: Birds Dying – 5G Testing

I had a little idea about the harmful effects Electromagnetic waves, the base of our whole wireless network system, can have on our body. That too primarily because my mother always yelled at me for keeping my phone near my head when I sleep at night. But when I researched about this forwarded image, the results were an eye-opener.

This particular post summarizes my research, health hazards among humans and cows, and death of hundreds of birds around a 5G network testing site.

I also came across this post and got more worried about the whole thing.

Why only 5G is this harmful?

Well, the reality is that all other Gs are also harmful to us to an extent but the one difference 5G network has from other networks is that the 5G network towers are not very high from earth surface and have the frequency as high as 600 MHz to 6 GHz. It’s hard to understand how much is it but one thing is for sure that our body will now be in more contact with these high-frequency waves due to the small height of 5G towers. And the same goes for birds and other animals living near earth surface. And due to their small height the number of towers per unit area will increase as much as the number of street lights in an area. Setups, where street lights are mounted with 5G network emitters, can also be seen.

Once a 5G smartphone launches in the market, there’s no going back and seems like Qualcomm, with its new product line supporting 5G network, will provide the driving force to the whole market adaptation of 5G network in mobile devices.

And these things need to be checked before 5G technology gets a head start among consumers. This is serious, to a limit that it may put millions of lives in danger.

Here are some highlights from the post.

Exodus of Several Species

In the Mount Nardi Study, the Australian botanist Mark Broomhall recorded the exodus of birds from the mountain as the cell towers were upgraded (up to G4). In his study, he estimated that from “70 to 90% of the wildlife has become rare or has disappeared from the Nightcap National Park within a 2-3 km radius of the Mt. Nardi tower complex”.

“I witnessed the rapid exodus of a further 49 bird species [after the ‘4G’ upgrade in 2012 and early 2013]… “, he said.

The Dead Starlings

A 5G test was done, in relation to Dutch railway station Hollands Spoor… to view the range of the mast and see if any adverse equipment damage would occur on and around the station. Immediately afterwards, the birds fell in numbers dead from the trees. What is going on here?

“The animals are not emaciated, do not seem ill. They just fall dead from the tree.”

Cows on the Rampage

Several hundreds of cows from the 5 dairy farms allegedly started running riot simultaneously without a clear cause.

“The most logical conclusion is that the panic attacks are caused by the recent testing of 5G Wi-Fi in the North of Groningen, exactly were Stitswerd is located! Groningen is the first flat land region where they are testing 5G.”

Firemen in San Francisco

Firefighters from San Francisco reported experiencing an array of unusual side effects after 5G equipment was installed in and around their firehouses.
“Symptoms reportedly included memory problems and confusion. The firefighters say the symptoms only stopped after they relocated to different fire stations without 5G devices nearby.” It’s not just the firefighters, either.

We are seeing babies dying in the womb as these transmitters are situated outside people’s bedroom windows. It’s a humanitarian crisis,’ Steele contended.”

This is scary.

Qualcomm is ready for 5G with its new products.

Mobiles – Snapdragon 855

Recently, Qualcomm unveiled it’s new mobile chip Snapdragon 855. Apart from the improved processing capabilities, this particular processor is special for Qualcomm and mobile industry in general because of it’s 5G support. It will provide a download speed of up to several gigabytes per second and it will also have an improved multi-core AI engine for better camera and AI features that almost all mobile phones boast these days.

“One Plus would be the first to launch a 5G enabled smartphone next year.”

Qualcomm is also serious about Augmented Reality(AR) which it refers as “extended reality” and Snapdragon 855 will also support better processing of depth details and hence improving overall AR app experience on mobile phones.

Desktops – Snapdragon 8cx Compute

You might be thinking, “Desktops? And Qualcomm?”. Yes, Qualcomm is expanding in desktops/laptops territory.

Few days back Qualcomm introduced it’s new Snapdragon 8cx Compute Platform chip dedicated to “Business PCs” primarily supporting Windows 10 Enterprise edition. This is not the first time Qualcomm has entered Intel’s dominant desktop chip-set industry but this time it’s different.

Previously, Qualcomm launched its chipsets for desktops, but those were nothing but modified versions of its mobile counterparts.

This particular chip is more efficient and more feature rich than Qualcomm’s previous attempts. This is what Qualcomm says about it’s internet capability, “Multi-gigabit speeds for virtually seamless cloud connectivity/computing: up to 2Gbps LTE”. Apart from that, it will also have additions like 4th gen AI engine, improved crypto-security, All-ways aware technology, Quick-charge.

This will also open doors for Qualcomm in Data centers. Presently, almost all the processors in data centers are intel’s. But since Qualcomm seems serious about entering a more serious market than mobiles, maybe 8cx series will mark Qualcomm’s advent as a major chip-set manufacturer.

Mobile Modems – Snapdragon X50 5G Modem

In the Qualcomm’s mobile modems lineup, the most recent one is the Snapdragon X50 5G Modem. It will accelerate the rise of 5G networks in the telecom industry.

So you can expect a 5G enabled phone in your hand in the first half of 2019. But just having a 5G enabled phone is not enough. You gotta have a 5G network to which your phone will connect.

The network carriers are super competitive about bringing 5G network to the consumers first. The infrastructure to start 5G network requires a mesh of several network towers having their heights ranging between 15-30 feet.

These 5G network poles are reported to have cause some serious health troubles among different groups of people, animals and birds.

The 5G is still in testing phase and still needs a lot of infrastructures to be put in areas around people to enable them to get connected to 5G network. But before that, it is necessary to check the harms it may cause to living beings.
